Enrolling your tax documents to be paperless will help you get access to your documents when you need them.
How to enroll for paperless tax documents in digital banking
- Online banking: Choose Accounts from the top of the page, then select Tax documents.
- Mobile banking: Select Statements & docs then Paperless preferences from the top left main menu.
- Select Paperless preferences from the right under Document options.
- From there you can choose to go Paperless for all accounts for or select Choose digital statements and documents for all eligible accounts, then select Save.

For joint accounts, only the account holder whose social security number is on the account can sign up for online tax documents. All account holders will be able to view the documents once enrolled.
