You can easily lower the amount of your secured credit card. Since your card is secured by a deposit, we need a written request to make changes. You can also call the number on the back of your card, and a customer service agent can help you. We accept relay calls.

It may take up to two billing cycles for your new credit limit to take effect. After that, we’ll mail you a check for the decreased amount.
Your secured credit card limit matches your total deposit, with a minimum limit of $300. You can’t carry a balance higher than your credit limit.
