We have a couple ways for you to monitor your Zelle® transactions. To start, we automatically send an alert to your primary email address on file for the following actions:
- When your Zelle® preferences are modified.
- When a recipient's information is changed or is not enrolled.
- When money has been sent, delivered, received, or requested.
You can also receive these alerts on your mobile device. Simply turn on push notifications for the U.S. Bank Mobile App or choose to receive alerts via text message. This would be in addition to the emailed notifications.
To manage text alerts for Zelle using online banking
- Select Profile & settings at the top of the page, then choose Alerts & notifications.
- Select Zelle from the Notifications list on the left.
- Select the alert you want a text for, then select the toggle button to turn the alert on or off.
To manage push notifications or text alerts for Zelle using the U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Open the main menu and select Notifications, then choose Zelle®.
- For push notifications: Select the toggle button at the top of the screen to turn these on or off.
- For text alerts: Select the alert, then select the toggle button to turn it on or off.
- Complete the previous steps for each alert you'd like to modify.
