Typically, a card needs to be replaced or reissued if it’s been lost, stolen, or never received. You’ll need to be a business owner, administrator or department leader with full access to order a card in Spend Management.

To cancel a user’s card in Spend Management using online banking or the U.S. Bank Mobile App
Important: If a user’s card needs to be cancelled, only business owners and administrators can do so. A department leader cannot complete the request. Cancelling the card will close it to further use and no new card will be sent.
