How do I resend a user's invitation to enroll in Spend Management?

When an employee is added to Spend Management, an email is automatically sent with set up instructions. If they don’t get the email, you* can resend the invitation.

To resend a Spend Management invitation using online banking or the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Select your U.S. Bank Business Altitude™ Power Card account, then choose Go to Spend Management (found in the Spend Management tile).
  2. Choose the person you’d like to resend the invitation to (found in the Users section), then select Resend invite.
  3. Confirm their information and the email address listed is correct. Then select Resend invite once more.

*You need to be a business owner, administrator or department leader with full access to manage Spend Management users.
