How to access employee tax documents in U.S. Bank Payroll.

You can view and download your employee’s tax documents from your payroll service. If your employee needs a copy, you can save or print a copy to give them.

How to access and download employee tax documents in online banking

  1. From the upper right select Business tools and then Payroll. 
  2. Select Manage employees and then choose their name from the list.
  3. Scroll to the Document section and select the item to access it.
    1. Select the name of the document to view it.
    2. Choose the download option (square with arrow) to save it.
  4. Follow your normal process to print a copy of the item.
