You can view and download your employee’s tax documents from your payroll service. If your employee needs a copy, you can save or print a copy to give them.
How to access and download employee tax documents in online banking
- From the upper right select Business tools and then Payroll.
- Select Manage employees and then choose their name from the list.
- Scroll to the Document section and select the item to access it.
- Select the name of the document to view it.
- Choose the download option (square with arrow) to save it.
- Follow your normal process to print a copy of the item.
