How to enroll in U.S. Bank Payroll.

Our U.S. Bank Payroll allows you the ease of completing payroll right from your digital banking. To begin the enrollment process you’ll need to visit our U.S. Bank Payroll website and select Apply now. Enter your business username and password, then follow the steps below.  

If a banker sent you an email invitation, click the link to login with your business username and password, then follow the steps below. 

To complete your enrollment for U.S. Bank Payroll in online banking

  1. Review the check list to make sure this is the right service for you.
  2. Select your answer under Does your business fit the current requirements? section and then choose Let’s get started.
  3. Review the information we have for your business and confirm if it’s correct, then select Continue.
  4. Answer any additional questions that may be presented for your business.
  5. Review your contact information for accuracy then select Continue.   
  6. Select whether you have an existing payroll system or not, then choose Continue.
    • If you’ve selected Yes, we’ll provide extra steps to help you switch your payroll.  
  7. We recommend reviewing the service agreement and pricing guide. To accept the terms and conditions place a checkmark in the box and select Submit & continue.
  8. You’re enrolled for U.S. Bank Payroll!
