• Your business has five or less employees.
• All employees work in the same state.
• All employees are W-2 employees, no independent contractors.
• You’re the authorized signatory for your business.
• You agree that only one person will have access to the payroll service.
• You wouldn’t need to exceed a $150,000 limit per payroll.
