How to cancel a payroll using U.S. Bank Payroll.

A payroll may be able to be cancelled if it has not been processed.

To cancel an unprocessed payroll in online banking

  1. From the upper right select Business tools and then Payroll. 
  2. Under Recent payroll locate the payroll you’d like to cancel.
  3. Review the Able to cancel column to ensure it can be cancelled.
    1. Yes: Continue to the next step.
    2. No: The payroll cannot be cancelled.  
  4. Select the payroll by the pay period dates and choose Cancel payroll.
  5. Confirm the cancellation by selecting Yes, cancel payroll.
  6. A confirmation message will display.
