How to set up my U.S. Bank Payroll account.

After enrolling for U.S. Bank Payroll, you can begin setting up your payroll on the Let’s create your payroll page. If you need time to gather documents, simply log in with your business username and password to return. Next, from the upper right select Business tools and then Payroll

To set up your payroll profile, you’ll complete the following items and then continue to the steps below. For help with any of these items select the appropriate link.

Next you’ll review, sign and submit your payroll documents. Here’s how:

  1. Select Start to the right of Sign and submit documents.
  2. We’ll send you a one-time passcode to your registered cellular device to verify your identity.

  3. Select the name of the document to review it.  
  4. Choose Sign document for each item, then choose Save & continue.
  5. Your payroll setup will be reviewed, and we’ll let you know if we need anything else.
    1. This process can take two business days.
    2. We’ll send an email with what to do next.
