Add custom earnings to include extra wages unique to your business, like mileage or sales. Once you add a custom earning, it shows up as a new category on your payroll. You can update or manage your custom earnings anytime.
How to create and manage a custom earning for payroll in online banking
- From the upper right select Business tools and then Payroll.
- Within the Payroll dashboard select the three dots to the right and choose Create custom earnings.
- To add a custom earning.
- Select Add custom earning.
- Enter the name of the custom earning and choose Save.
- Repeat these steps to add other custom earnings.
- To rename a custom earning.
- Select the three dots to the right of the name.
- Choose Rename, then make your updates and select Save.
- To delete a custom earning.
- Select the three dots to the right of the name.
- Choose Deactivate and select Yes, deactivate.
- To reactivate a custom earning.
- Select the three dots to the right of the name.
- Choose Reactivate and select Yes, reactivate.
