How to choose a new a Level 1 user in bill pay for business.

As a Pro plan user, with bill pay for business, you can change who the Level 1 user is at any time. The ability to have multiple Level 1 users with our Pro plan is coming soon. Find out more about our plans, see also: What are the different plans available with bill pay for business?

How to choose a new Level 1 user in online banking

Make sure the new Level 1 user can access all your business’s funding accounts before you assign them. If they can’t access an account, they won’t be able to pay from it and the system will automatically cancel any scheduled bill pay payments.   1. Choose Profile & settings, then select Overview
  2. Select Bill pay for business
  3. Choose the new Level 1 user's name and then select Choose new Level 1 user
  4. Review and confirm the change by selecting Confirm Level 1 change
