Call us to schedule your free pre-return inspection. Keep receipts for any repairs made. Contact us to let us know repairs have been completed. (SPEECH) Any original accessories, like keys, keyless entry remotes, and owner's manuals should be present for the inspection. Normal wear and tear can include a few small door dents, chips, or scratches. (DESCRIPTION) Text: Dents and/or dings that are 2" or less in diameter. Two chips less than or equal to 1/4" in diameter, not in the driver's line of sight. Scratches that do not break the paint that can be buffed out during vehicle reconditioning, or scratches 4 inches or less in length (maximum of three per panel). (SPEECH) Excess wear may include dents, cracks in glass, torn upholstery, overly worn tire treads, and damaged or missing bumpers. (DESCRIPTION) Text: Dented, scratched, chipped or rusted areas on the body. Cracks in glass. Torn upholstery. Tire tread depth less than 1/8 inch. Mismatched tires. Damaged or missing bumpers.
