What to know about your credit card transition
Union Bank is joining U.S. Bank and our goal is to make your transition as seamless as possible. U.S. Bank offers a variety of both personal and business credit cards, including options for cash back, flexible rewards, low interest and credit building.

Mortgage accounts transition to U.S. Bank
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
MAY 27 TO 29
Deposit accounts, loans and wealth management digital access transition to U.S. Bank.
Checking and savings accounts, ATM, debit cards, new U.S. Bank Credit Cards, CDs and IRAs, loans and lines of credit, and UBIS clients can begin using U.S. Bank mobile and online banking on May 30.
JUNE 2 TO 4
Trust and investments transition to U.S. Bank.
Clients can begin using mobile and online banking at U.S. Bank on June 4.
JUNE 23 TO 27
Credit card accounts transition to U.S. Bank.
Union Bank Credit Card rewards balances and past and current account information will transfer to new U.S. Bank Credit Cards on June 28.

All Union Bank accounts move to U.S. Bank.
Upcoming business and personal credit card transition dates
June, 2023: A new U.S. Bank Credit Card will be mailed to all Union Bank Credit Card account holders.
June 23, 2023: Union Bank Credit Cards and the associated credit card account number are deactivated.
June 28, 2023: You can view your past Union Bank transaction history and your current U.S. Bank Credit Card balance in mobile and online banking.
June 29, 2023: Union Bank Credit Card rewards balance is transferred to your new U.S. Bank Credit Card.

Use your card as usual.
There’s nothing you need to do now – just keep using your Union Bank credit card as usual until the new U.S. Bank Credit Card arrives.
Update your contact info.
Make sure your contact information is up to date with Union Bank prior to your credit card account transition in June 2023. Check your email and postal mail for additional information about your new credit card account in the coming months.

U.S. Bank delivers industry-leading, secure digital banking tools and services that allow customers to bank how, when and where they want. As Union Bank moves to U.S. Bank, you can sit back and relax - your accounts will automatically transition.
For now, keep banking as you normally would. You can enroll in U.S. Bank mobile and online banking on May 30, 2023.

New deposit account and new loan numbers will be mailed to you and can be used to sign up for online banking starting May 30.

Online and mobile banking will be unavailable from May 27 to 29 while your deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit move to U.S. Bank.

Your Union Bank Credit Card rewards balance will transfer to your new U.S. Bank Credit Card and you’ll have access to past and current statements.
Answers to your questions about switching U.S. Bank Credit Card account.
You’ll receive a new credit card with a new account number and expiration date in early June 2023. Be sure to update any recurring payments with your new credit card’s account number and expiration date. This includes merchants, apps and service providers.
Your personal credit card can be activated when you receive it, and you can use it right away. For business credit card accounts, your card is already activated and ready to use. Once you’ve activated your new card, securely destroy your old card.
Your Union Bank Credit Card and the associated credit card account number will deactivate on June 23, 2023.
Yes, your new U.S. Bank Credit Card will include rewards. More information about your new credit card rewards program will be mailed in early May 2023.
Yes, your Union Bank Credit Card rewards balance will transfer to your new U.S. Bank Credit Card in late June 2023.
Your new U.S. Bank Credit Card will have new benefits. All U.S. Bank Credit Cards offer contactless chip technology so you can pay with a tap wherever you see the contactless symbol for fast, easy and safe checkout. Plus, you’ll have the ability to lock and unlock your card for security, add travel notifications and set up alerts through online and mobile banking. More information about your new credit card will be mailed in March 2023.
