To activate using the U.S. Bank Mobile App:
1. Select Manage Cards and choose your card.
2. Then, select Activate and Create PIN.

To activate using online banking:
1. Select Accounts, then Manage Cards, and choose your card.
2. Then, select Activate Card and Create PIN.

You may also call our automated service at 800-236-3838 to activate your card and create your PIN. We accept relay calls.

If you got a temporary card when you opened your account, use the PIN from that card for your new debit card. You won’t receive a new PIN.
