- The Matricula Consular Mexicana is an official document issued and distributed by all Mexican Consular Offices in the United States.
- Only Mexican immigrants are the ones that can apply for this document.
- In order to open a U.S. Bank Checking Account, you must present two documents for verification of identity and residential address.
