Before starting the BAA role in April 2022, she worked with a national CDFI that helped small businesses gain access to capital. Micae is an entrepreneurship teacher with Chicago Lights and enjoys volunteering with her local Girl Scout troop.

Kimberly began her 20-year career in North Carolina, where she developed a foundation of knowledge in asset building for underserved communities. She later worked on workforce and business initiatives for the City of New York in the Small Business Services division. Kimberly served the City of New York and completed the City Management Academy for emerging leaders.
A U.S. Bank employee for 10 years who previously served as a branch manager, Tim serves on the board for the Minneapolis Black Chamber of Commerce and One2One organization. He also sits on the loan committee for the African Development Center and on the Business Committee for the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce.
With 20 years in the banking industry, Will started his career as a mortgage banker. A member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) professional organization, he enjoys volunteering his time with 100BlackMen and under resourced youth.
She is a member of the Urban League of the State of Arkansas, Southwest Little Rock Business & Community Group and Alpha Kappa Alpha. She enjoys volunteering time at P.A.R.K. (Positive Atmosphere Reaches Kids) and Start to Finish Homeless Outreach.
She laid the earlier foundation of her career as a Warren Weaver Fellow with the Rockefeller Foundation where she implemented a multi-million national community development initiative and advanced dialogues on race. She serves as treasurer for iUrban Teen, a STEM+Art education program that brings together underrepresented teens and young adults for career exploration and mentoring. She spends her free time volunteering, golfing and trekking the globe.
Chio Scott is a bilingual Business specialist who currently serves as the Treasurer and Chair of the business market committee at Colorado Springs Hispanic Chambers.
Ashlei started her career in workforce development and education equity, then moved to organizational development in the social sector and philanthropy positions. Prior to the BAA role, she served as a program officer at Kauffman Foundation managing a regional portfolio supporting inclusive prosperity and entrepreneurship. She is the board president of ACLU Nebraska, a board member of the Women’s Funding Network and a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority.
Brandon started his career as a banker’s assistant and has spent 18 years in the banking industry, most recently as a U.S. Bank business banking development consultant. He is a member of the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce and has served on the boards of Denver CASA and JK Mullen High School. He enjoys volunteering his time at Project Angel Heart and We Don’t Waste, which redistributes excess food to those in need.
