Many times, uninstalling and reinstalling the app helps solve various technical issues. Below are steps for iPhones and Androids.
Uninstall iPhone mobile app steps:
- Open the app store and locate the U.S. Bank Mobile App icon. It's a dark-blue icon of a white shield with the blue letters "US".
- Press and hold the app icon. After a short duration, a little circle with an X will appear; press X.
- A pop-up will appear asking to confirm the uninstall. Select Delete to complete the action.
Uninstall Android mobile app steps:
- Open the app store and locate the U.S. Bank Mobile App icon. It's a dark-blue icon of a white shield with the blue letters "US".
- Select the app icon itself, not the Open button. On the next page, select Uninstall.
- A pop-up will appear asking to confirm. Select Uninstall once more to complete the action.
