To make a payment to the fixed rate option on your home equity line of credit (HELOC):
- Call us at 800-USBANKS (872-2657). We accept relay calls. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT, closed Sunday.

The option to pay towards the fixed rate is only available by phone or at a branch. It's not available for online or mobile banking.
