How do I disable extensions in Google Chrome?
- Log out of Online Banking.
NOTE: Keep this window open or print this article. - In an open browser window, in the upper right hand corner, select the three vertically stacked dots.
- In the menu that appears, select More tools, then select Extensions.
- To disable any extensions, simply click and slide the toggle switch located on the right hand side, to the left.
NOTE: To remove an extension completely, select Remove. - At this point, log back in to Online Banking and see if your issue is resolved. If your issue is still not resolved, contact us at 800-987-7237.
