What are the requirements for creating a username?
The username you pick will allow access your accounts and use our digital banking services. When creating your username, it’ll need to have:
- Seven to 22 characters
- Any mix of letters and/or numbers
- No spaces or special characters
Once a new username is created, you can’t reuse the prior username.
