KNOWLEDGE BASE

What is MoneyPass and does U.S. Bank participate in their network?

MoneyPass is an ATM network that lets you use participating ATMs without a surcharge fee. You can find MoneyPass ATMs at moneypass.com.

Effective October 31, U.S. Bank ATMs no longer participate in the MoneyPass network. With this change, non-U.S. Bank customers using a card with a MoneyPass logo may be charged a surcharge fee.

This does not affect U.S. Bank customer’s ability to use a MoneyPass in-network ATM. However, when a non-U.S. Bank ATM is used, an ATM transaction fee may be charged.
