How will a recipient be notified using Zelle®?
Your recipient will receive a notification to the email or mobile number you sent their Zelle® transfer to. The email or text message:
- Is sent from the recipient’s financial institution.
- Will have instructions on how to claim the money sent.
If the recipient does not receive an email or text message as intended, they may want to check their cellular carrier or email spam folder.
