KNOWLEDGE BASE

What types of alerts are available for my credit card, charge card, or line of credit?

We offer many ways to help you keep track of your accounts. When alerts are activated, we'll send an email or text message letting you know what triggered it.

Below is a list of the types of alerts we have. Log into digital banking to view specific ones available for each account. You can have as many as you’d like, there’s no limit.

Security Alerts
It’s important to know when changes are made to your account, such as login information or a request for a new debit card. These alerts are sent automatically to the primary email address on file or choose to have them sent to your primary mobile number.

Account Alerts
These alerts let you know what's happening. Set up custom alerts to receive updates that are important to you. For example, you can be notified when your paycheck is deposited or when your account falls below a designated dollar amount.

Bill Pay Alerts
These alerts notify you when bills are due, when they process, and more. If you have a recurring bill payment, an autopay alert will let you know when your recurring payments are upcoming or paid. You can also set up other custom alerts for your bills.

Zelle® Alerts
Set these alerts to manage money movement in your account. We'll let you know when money is sent to someone and when it's received. We'll also notify you when someone sends you money or is requesting money from you.

Branch eReceipts
Take advantage of our eReceipts so you don't have to manage paper receipts. We'll send you copies of branch transactions to your email address or via text message, and to the Message Center in online banking.
