How do I cancel Easy Save?
We've made cancelling an Easy Save transfer as simple as we can for you. If you don't want automatic transfers to happen anymore, follow these steps.
To cancel Easy Save using mobile or online banking
- Online banking users: Select Transfers and choose Transfer money.
Mobile banking users: Select Pay bills & transfer and choose Transfer money. - Choose Easy Save (found below "Transfer options" on the right side of the screen).
- Locate the transfer you'd like to edit and select the chevron (>) to expand its details.
- Choose Cancel, then select Yes, cancel transfer to confirm.
