If an expense policy is violated, cardholders and admins will receive an email alert with information regarding the policy, transaction details, and steps necessary to correct the violation.

If no action is taken to correct the policy violation, the cardholders will also receive up to four weekly email reminders based on the frequency that was set in the expense policy details.
