Dinner Table Conversations series on financial foundations that runs weekly throughout the summer
Financial education cohort program meeting monthly, to include incentives up to $1,000 for course completion

Home Is Where the Wealth Is tours to help families understand the transition from renting to ownership, all aspects of financial education, building good credit, budgeting, planning and maintaining a home

Unapologetically Black program, providing social and economic generational wealth education coupled with extensive one-on-one coaching and resource alignment
Roundtable discussions to discuss investment portals in homeownership, generational wealth in real estate
Town hall events focused on the path to homeownership, along with community career events focused on homeownership, including Mortgage Loan Officers
Dream Builders 4 Equity program that provides financial education, outreach and down payment assistance to families purchasing through this program
Black Homeownership Caravan parade, along with providing housing counseling and monthly homeownership readiness workshops
