How do I manage my Zelle® preferences?

Before you begin

  • You must have more than one deposit account with U.S. Bank.
  • You cannot add accounts from other banks or financial institutions.

How to update your Zelle® preferences

  1. Select Transfer & pay.
  2. Choose Send & request money with Zelle®.
  3. Select Preferences at the bottom of the list.
  4. Choose one of the following to make changes:
    • Mobile number
    • Email
    • Linked account
  5. Save your changes:
    • Online banking: Select Save to confirm.
    • U.S. Bank Mobile App: Your changes save automatically.

If you don’t see the Preferences option

If you have only one U.S. Bank deposit account, you will not see an option to change your Zelle® profile.
