How to update your Zelle® preferences
- Select Transfer & pay.
- Choose Send & request money with Zelle®.
- Select Preferences at the bottom of the list.
- Choose one of the following to make changes:
- Mobile number
- Email
- Linked account
- Save your changes:
- Online banking: Select Save to confirm.
- U.S. Bank Mobile App: Your changes save automatically.
If you don’t see the Preferences option
If you have only one U.S. Bank deposit account, you will not see an option to change your Zelle® profile.
