You can change your username anytime using digital banking. Be aware, you cannot re-use previous usernames. 

Usernames need to be 7-22 characters long and can be any combination of letters and numbers. Spaces and special characters are not allowed.  

To update your username using online banking 

1. Select Profile & settings, then select Login preferences. 
2. Choose Edit within the "Username" tile.
3. Enter your new username and re-enter it.
4. Enter your current password and select Update username. 

To update your username using the U.S. Bank Mobile App 

1. Open the main menu and select your name within the Profile & settings section. 
2. Select Login preferences, then choose Change username.
3. Enter your new username and re-enter it.
4. Enter your current password and select Update username.
