How can I change or reset my ReliaCard® PIN?

Have you forgotten your ReliaCard® PIN or simply want to change it? You have a few options:

  • Online at usbankreliacard.com.
  • The U.S. Bank ReliaCard Mobile App.
  • Call us at 855-282-6161 and use our automated phone system. 

Important information to know about your ReliaCard PIN: 

  • You don't need to know your current PIN to change it using digital banking. 
  • If your PIN is not locked, changes are effective immediately. 
  • If your PIN is locked, it won't unlock until 6 p.m. ET. 
    • A PIN becomes locked after three attempts using the wrong PIN.
    • You can still use the card for credit-based or signature-based transactions. 
    • After it's unlocked, PIN-based transactions can be made immediately. 
    • If you don't change the PIN after it's locked, you can continue using the current PIN.
    • If you do change the PIN after it's locked, you still must wait until 6 p.m. ET to use the new PIN.

To reset your ReliaCard® PIN at usbankreliacard.com

  1. From the dashboard, select Card Management at the top of the page, then choose Card Security.
  2. Select Update PIN.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter a new PIN.
  5. Confirm the new PIN.
  6. Select Update.

To reset your ReliaCard® PIN using the U.S. Bank ReliaCard® Mobile App

  1. From the dashboard, open the main menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner and select Manage cards.
  2. Choose Reset PIN.
  3. Enter a new PIN.
  4. Confirm the new PIN.
  5. Select Save PIN.
