How do I cancel a recurring debit card transaction from a business?

*A dispute claim may be opened when there’s a transaction that was authorized and:

  • It posted to your account incorrectly.
  • It was for merchandise or service you didn’t receive as expected.
  • There was another problem with the transaction.

Examples of dispute cases include, but aren't limited to:

  • A transaction posted twice or for the wrong amount.
  • Merchandise or service was cancelled or returned, and you didn’t receive a credit.
  • Merchandise or service was not received or not as described.
