Company name change requests may take up to 30 days to be completed.

• If new cards are issued as a result of the name change, they're sent after the review is finished.
• If the changes are approved immediately, all eligible cards are sent to the system address on file.

Embossed name changes

• These are changes made to the company name as it appears on the physical card. 
• The embossed name can be up to 21 characters.
• We'll send a new card for all eligible cardmembers.

System name changes

• These are changes made to the company name as it appears in our system. 
• The company name can be up to 200 characters.
• No cards are sent for this type of name change.

NAICS code changes

When we receive a company name change request, we'll ask if the company's NAICS code* (North American Industry Classification System code) has changed. If it has changed, AND:

• You know the new code, we'll update the information we have on file.
• You don't know it, we can ask a few questions to narrow down your business type. 

*An NAICS code is numeric code government agencies use to classify businesses based on their primary business activity or industry. The NAICS code only needs to change if the company's primary business activities also change.
