How do I clear my browsing history, cache and cookies?

If for any reason you're having difficulties logging in to your online banking or you just want to clear your browsing data. We're here to help with that, follow the steps below for your browser.

To clear browsing data in Google Chrome

  1. Select the Chrome menu icon located in the upper right corner.
  2. From the menu select Delete browsing data.
  3. In the new window choose All time from the drop down.
  4. Check the following options: Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, cached images and files.
  5. Select Delete data.

To clear browsing data in Firefox

  1. From the Firefox menu select Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy & download history tab and go to the Cookies and Site data section.
  3. Choose Clear date button.
  4. In the new window you will be presented with a few options. The first option is to select a time range; select: Everything.
  5. Select the following items: Browsing & download history, Cookies and site data, Temporary cached files and pages. 
  6. Select Clear.

To clear browsing data in Edge

  1. Locate the three dots located in the upper right side of the browsing window.
  2. Select settings and choose Privacy, search, and services
  3. Choose Clear browsing data, then select Choose what to clear.
  4. Select All time from the Time range drop-down menu.
  5. Choose Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Select Clear now.

To clear browsing data in Safari on a Mac

  1. Click the Safari button at the top left.
  2. Select Clear History and then click the Pop-up menu.
  3. Choose All history and select Clear history
