If you need another credit card with the same number because it’s damaged, order a replacement anytime using digital banking. While waiting for it to arrive, you can:
To order a new credit card using online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Online banking: Select Accounts and choose Manage cards from the drop down.
- Select the card to replace and then choose Replacement card.
- U.S. Bank Mobile App: From the main menu select Manage cards.
- Select the card to replace and choose Order a new card.
- Select Damaged as the reason for the card replacement and choose Continue.
Note: If you have more than one card holder, select who needs a new card before continuing.
- Review your delivery method and address, then select Continue.
- Standard shipping is the default option, which gets you the card in three to seven business days.
- If you need the card sooner, select Need it faster? then choose Expedited shipping.
- If everything's correct, select Submit order.
