To remove an authorized user from your credit card account, call Cardmember Service. This request cannot be completed online.

Call the number on the back of your card. If you do not have your card, call Cardmember Service at 800-285-8585. We accept relay calls.

1. Enter your information into the automated phone system.
2. Then you reach the main menu, say "representative."
3. You will be connected with the next available agent for assistance.
