How do I view, edit, or cancel bill payments?

If your bill pay payment is pending, you can make changes to it using digital banking. If it's in process, or is a same-day payment, it can't be changed. 

Please be aware, this process only changes a pending payment, not the biller's information such as the name or address. To change a bill's information, see: How do I update my biller's information?

To view, edit, or cancel a pending payment using online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Select Transfer & pay, then choose Pay bills.
  2. Choose the biller.
  3. To view your bill payments: Select the Activity tab. There you'll find any scheduled, pending, or paid bills.
  4. To edit or cancel a bill payment: Select the pencil icon next to the desired payment.
    • Edit: Make your changes and select Save
    • Cancel: Select Remove this payment and confirm it once more.
