An amortization schedule is a document that keeps track of the progress of your mortgage home loan over time. It shows the original loan amount, interest rate, term (i.e., time frame), and the remaining loan balance after each payment.

To view your amortization schedule using online banking or the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Select your mortgage account from the dashboard.
   • If you have multiple U.S. Bank accounts, choose View and manage.
   • If you only have a mortgage, choose View, pay & manage.
2. Online banking users: Select My Loan at the top of the page.
   U.S. Bank Mobile App users: Open the main menu (three vertical dots), then choose My Loan.
3. Locate the "Amortization schedule" section and select More details. A pop-up window will open with your amortization schedule.

The option to download your amortization schedule is only available on the full usbank.com website. This option is not available on mobile banking.

When logged into online banking, select Download (PDF) to view the information in a PDF file. You can save or print this document for your records.
