We make managing your external account information easy! You can edit the nickname of the external account or delete it if you need to change the account or routing number.
How to edit or delete external account information in online banking
Note, we're currently enhancing our transfer experience. Your options may vary depending on your account type. Please follow the steps that best apply to your account.
- New experience: Select Transfer & pay from your dashboard. Choose Transfers and select the Linked accounts tab.
- Current experience: Select Transfer & pay from your dashboard. Choose External transfers & wires, then Recipients & accounts.
- Choose the external account you would like to edit or delete.
- Select Edit to change the nickname of the account, then select Save.
- Choose Delete account to remove the account and Delete account to confirm.

- Current experience: Select Transfer & pay at the bottom of the dashboard. Choose External transfers & wires, then Recipients & accounts.
- Choose the external account you would like to edit or delete.
- Select Edit to change the nickname of the account, then select Save.
- Choose Delete account to remove the account and Delete account to confirm.

External accounts that have been added, but not verified, will automatically be removed from your profile within 15 calendar days.
