How do I report fraud on my account?

You can contact us if you have fraud concerns with any of your accounts. You can immediately review and report any transaction/s in question.  If your personal information was compromised, contact us at 800-usbanks (872-2657.) 

Consumer or business credit cards, personal lines, and ATM/debit cards or virtual cards

  • To report fraud on your debit card, including a virtual card, call 800-usbanks (872-2657.)
  • For a fraud block on a card, or to report new account opening fraud, call Cardmember Service Fraud Detection at 866-821-8411.
  • For new or existing fraud claims on your credit card, call Cardmember Service Fraud Operations at 866-737-6844 (new) or 800-254-9874 (existing).
  • Cardmember Service fraud departments are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Checking or savings accounts, home equity lines of credit, and cash flow-managers

To report identity theft or start a fraud claim on an unauthorized ACH transfer, wire transfer, or check fraud, call the Fraud Liaison Center at 877-595-6256. We're open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT, Sunday through Saturday.
