Order checks or deposit slips in online banking

1. Sign in to online banking and select your checking account from the dashboard.
2. Select the Account tab.
3. Under Services, select Order checks.
4. Verify the last four digits of the account, then select Continue.
   • If you have more than one account, use the drop-down menu to switch accounts.
5. You’ll be redirected to our partner site, managed by Deluxe.
6. Select Personal products, then choose Checks or Deposit tickets.
7. Browse the available designs and select the one you want.
8. Review the Check Imprint information, including your name, address, symbol, or monogram.
   • If needed, make changes and select Save changes.
9. Select Confirm and Next to preview your check.
10. If everything looks correct, select Confirm and Checkout.
11. Review your order summary. This is your last chance to make changes.
12. Enter your phone number and select Place Your Order.

Order checks or deposit slips in the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Open the app and open the Main menu then select Help & services.
2. Select Order checks.
   • If you don’t see it, select Show all.
3. Choose the checking account and select Begin order.
4. You’ll be redirected to our partner site, managed by Deluxe.
5. Select Personal products, then choose Checks or Deposit tickets.
6. Select a design.
7. Review your Check Imprint information.
   • Make changes if needed and select Save changes.
8. Select Confirm and Next to preview your check.
9. Select Confirm and checkout.
10. Review your order summary.
11. Enter your phone number and select Place your order.

Before you place your order

We ask you to review your information several times to help prevent errors. Once you place your order, you can’t make changes.

Review closely:

• How your information appears on the check
• Your name and address
• The check or deposit slip design
• The shipping address
• Payment details and cost
