What can I do if I have trouble receiving my account alerts?

There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Review your alerts within digital banking to see where they have been directed to go. If the information is incorrect, you can fix it right away.
  • Review your profile to make sure the email address and mobile phone number are correct.
  • For alerts received by text, check your consent to contact preferences. These can be found in your digital banking Profile & settings.
    • To receive account-related messages by text, Accept automated texts must be selected within the “Fraud & non-marketing communications” section.
    • The check box within the “Security alerts” section must be marked if you want to receive text messages for this kind of alert.
