A Cardmember Agreement is a legal contract outlining the terms and conditions that govern the account.

To order a copy of your Cardmember Agreement using online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Select your credit card and choose Account.
2. Scroll to the Interest rates, charges, and fees tile and choose Cardmember agreement.
3. Choose Request Cardmember Agreement, then select Submit.

• • If you’ve gone paperless, a digital copy of your Cardmember Agreement will be provided. You’ll find it on the Cardmember Agreement page within one business day.
  • If you receive paper documents, expect the Cardmember Agreement to arrive by mail. It should arrive in seven to 10 business days.

• Minimum payment formula: How the minimum monthly payment due is calculated.
