Make a payment for your monthly payment or escrow whenever it's convenient for you using our automated phone system. Here's how:

1. Call us at 800-365-7772.
2. We'll ask if you're the homeowner. Answer as applicable.
   Note: If you're not the homeowner, you may need to speak with a banker. Press "0" or say "representative" to be routed to the next available person. We're available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. CT and Saturday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. CT.
3. Say something like "make a payment" or "pay my escrow".
4. Provide the payment details, such as the account number, routing number, and amount.
5. The automated phone system will verify the information back to you. If it's correct, say "Yes" to submit the payment.
