Page loading issues
If a page doesn’t load completely or sits there with a spinning circle (i.e., clocking), click to view the tips below.
Check your browser or operating system
- Verify your browser or operating system is supported. When it's not supported, you may not receive the most optimal experience.

- Uninstall/Reinstall the U.S. Bank Mobile App. There may be times when our mobile app has not automatically updated as intended. It can help to uninstall it, then reinstall it to get the latest version.
- Clear browsing history, cache and cookies. Sometimes data builds up to the point where it interferes with pages loading. When the browser saves a username and password, bear in mind clearing temporary files won’t update your login information. When the "Remember me" function is turned on, the browser overrides the username; however, the password is not saved.

- Enable Java and JavaScript. Java may have an impact on cookie settings, which affects the security of banking connections. Java and JavaScript need to be enabled for our website to work properly. If they're disabled, your digital experience will be noticeably affected.
Check the page
- Refresh the page. When data from a page doesn't load, refreshing it sends a signal to reload the information.
- Use another device to access the page. Like using a different browser, using another device is a good way to check if it's the device or the page that's having issues.
For example, if you're using a PC, try accessing the page from a laptop or tablet.
- Open the page using another browser. It's the easiest way to check if the error is with the browser itself, or the page. Just copy the link from the current browser and paste it into the address bar of the new browser.
For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Edge.
- Disable add-ons, pop-up blockers, and other software that might interfere with the page loading. Many of our pages open in another tab or window. Add-ons and ad blockers can view this as a pop-up and block it from loading.
