The speed of your bill payment depends on which delivery option you choose. Here's the breakdown:

Standard delivery

For all billers, standard delivery is free. The calendar will automatically show you the earliest payment date. You can choose that date or pick another*; however, it must fall on a business day.

• Electronic payments are paid within one to two business days.
• Paper checks can take three to five business days to arrive.

*For Safe Debit accounts, all bill payments default to standard delivery. They’re sent electronically and can only be made to billers listed in our system. Expedited delivery and future dated payments are not available.

Expedited delivery

For most billers, we also offer expedited delivery. It includes same-day (where available) or overnight delivery for a fee of $14.95.
