How do I update my consent to contact preferences?

You can give or take away your consent for us to use our automated systems to contact your mobile phone number at any time.

Our alerts are all automated: text messages, emails, and an automatic telephone dialing system. This means if you want to use a cellular phone or other wireless device to receive alerts, we need your consent. And if you decide not to give us consent, that’s ok. We’ll try to contact you another way.

Here’s what you can change:

  • Security alerts – Set up to receive text messages when your profile or account details change; emails can’t be turned off.
  • Branch & banking service alerts - Turn on or off text messages when changes occur at a local, regional or national level that impact how you bank with us.
  • Fraud & non-marketing communications – Give us consent to use automated calls and text messages to alert you when various account activities happen. We’ll also use these methods to contact you if there’s suspicious activity on your account.
