Anytime you need to call us collect, give us a call at 503-401-9991. If you're calling internationally, dial country code 1, before our phone number. 

1. When the call is answered, a message will state "Operator, if this is an international collect call, we accept the charges. This call will be forwarded to our automated system. Thank you".
2. Once you hear the menu options, you can press "0" on your keypad, or say "representative", to be routed to the next available person.
