When can I choose my cash back categories for my Cash Plus or Shopper Cash credit card?
Categories can be chosen up to 45 calendar days before each quarter begins.

Selections may be changed up to five calendar days before the quarter begins. On or after this date, the categories cannot be changed.

About selecting earnings categories
- Authorized users can’t select categories; only an owner or joint owner is allowed to choose them.
- Categories may be selected during the quarter if they haven’t been selected before the quarter begins.
- Selections made during the quarter aren't retroactive and take up to three business days to take effect.
- Once the categories are activated, they can’t be changed.
- Categories activated for a quarter won't reactivate for the next quarter if none are selected.
