How do I unlock my account using digital banking?
If your account is locked after entering the incorrect password, you'll need to reset your password.
- Select Forgot username or password (online banking) or Get login help (U.S. Bank Mobile App).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to verify yourself and choose a new password.

You can use our automated phone system to request login assistance. Call 800-USBANKS (872-2657) and follow the prompts to verify your identity. From the main menu say "login assistance" to start the process.
