You can use your ReliaCard® everywhere Visa or Mastercard debit cards are accepted. Shop or pay bills online. Rent a car or book a hotel room. Go to a restaurant or hair salon. 

• Be sure to confirm your personal information (name, address, phone, etc.) is correct with ReliaCard® and the merchant. Otherwise, the transaction may be rejected.
• When renting a car or booking a hotel room, some merchants authorize the full amount in advance, even though the rental or stay may be weeks or months away.
• When using your card where tipping is customary (i.e. restaurants, hair salons, etc.), an amount greater than the purchase may be temporarily authorized to cover the tip (typically 20%).
